Day 230...You May Need This Too...

Welcome to Day 230...

Been fighting a cold all day today at #busywriterslife headquarters...and as I wind down the day, I think I got this thing beat.  How?

Lots of green tea mixed with lemon, honey & cinnamon (for more info, Google it), lots of water...extra doses of Vitamin C, oh yeah, and one other integral thing.

Rest.  Most of the day.  Which is something hard to come by, but absolutely necessary - even with this #busywriterslife.
