Welcome to Day 79...
Day 14 of our 31 Day Writing Challenge and I got in 2 hours of editing this morning. Hope you're moving along in your writing and editing goals for the month.
Now on to more thoughts on becoming the best version of you...
It's inevitable in life - things will go wrong, get broken, fall apart, or maybe even stay the same. But keep in mind, staying the same just might deny us of becoming our greater selves.
So what's the secret in making things right in your world. And by right I mean fixing what's broken and being the very best you, you possibly can.
First, "you must unlearn what you have learned" - those habits, efforts, thoughts, feelings that don't serve you well and are keeping you in a small, uninspired place.
And...you must make what seems to be the harder of the two choices...
Workout or spend another half hour lost in social media...
Get up early in the morning to work on your novel or spend an extra hour in bed...
Make a protein shake or grab a muffin on the way out the door in the morning...
You get the point. Keep in mind you'll be presented with these kinds of choices often. Choose well.
And now from Yoda, Today's Takeaway Lesson...
"Do or Do Not. There Is No Try"
Here's to Being All In,
Maggie
