You gotta love Lucille Ball.  Not only was she a brilliant comedienne, she was a brilliant business woman - way before Hollywood and the rest of the world was open to the idea of brilliant business women.

Along with her then husband Desi Arnaz, she was the brains behind Desilu productions. When her marriage fell apart, she went on to buy out Desi's share - which made her the first woman to own a major studio - a studio which went on to produce some of the most famous shows of all time (Star Trek, Dick Van Dyke Show, Mission Impossible, My Three Sons, I Spy, The Untouchables, That Girl... 

So what was one of Lucille's secrets for success?
