Day 168...This Felt So Good...

Welcome to Day 168...

So this morning I was up early (thanks to one of the dogs who was scratching at the bedroom door) and instead of going back to sleep (which I did indeed consider) or doing a work out, I headed right for my computer.

And boy was I glad I did.

I started and finished off a new scene... in just under two hours

The writing was in a word...Effortless. It was good to be in the zone...good to be doing what I love and even better... I was in a great mood all day.  There's nothing like hitting that completion factor and no better feeling then slaying your goals.

So what's the moral of the story?

Do what you love.  And do it often.

Happy writing...happy golfing...happy knitting...happy running...Whatever it is that puts a smile on your face.
